Wine Club FAQs
How do I join the wine club?
To join our wine club, simply stop in and purchase any 6 bottles of wine (or spirits) and sign up!
Do I have to buy wine to continue my membership?
Yes. To maintain your membership, you must purchase 6 bottles at full price in the spring and the fall (pick ups begin March 1st and October 1st). These 6 bottles are totally customizable if purchased during our early pick up period.
Can you ship my wine club packages?
Yes! We use a reliable third-party system called VinoShipper to process wine shipments through UPS. The only states we CANNOT ship to are: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia and Utah.
How do I customize my wine club packages?
For pick ups, stop in during our early purchase period to customize your club selection. Spring pick-ups begin on March 1st with a final customization date of April 9th and fall pick-ups begin October 1st with a final customization date of November 11th. For shipping, simply log in to VinoShipper between these dates to customize your selection. Changes to your wine selection cannot be made after your wine is charged.
How can I find info about my upcoming wine club purchase?
Visit our Member Info page to view important dates and your upcoming club selection. Information and reminders will also be emailed to you. If you are not receiving emails, contact Lauren at wineclub@lazyballerinawinery.com.
Can I let someone else use my member benefits?
Wine club benefits and discounts are not transferrable to anyone other than the member + 1 authorized user and can only be used if they are present. An authorized user can pick up orders and receive member discounts without the original member being present.
Can I order wine on 30% off days to pick up at a later date?
Yes. You can call in an order on the 15th of the month to receive the extra 15% off. All phone orders must be picked up within 2 weeks. Please make sure you have an authorized user / pick up person on your account if someone else will be picking up your order.
How do I cancel my wine club membership?
You must purchase 2 full price wine club packages before cancelling your membership to avoid an early cancelation fee of $50. There is no fee to cancel once you have met the 2 package commitment, but ALL cancellation requests must be sent to wineclub@lazyballerinawinery.com. You will receive a confirmation email once your membership has been cancelled.
